Standard Construction Process

Base Surface Preparation
Clean dust, oil stains, moss, and loose materials from the substrate. Repair cracks and uneven areas before application. Metal surfaces should be cleaned and treated against rust.
Detail Reinforcement Treatment
Apply an additional coating layer to corners, pipe penetrations, expansion joints, and drainage areas. Reinforce weak areas with polyester mesh when required.
Material Mixing Preparation
Stir the coating evenly with an electric mixer for several minutes until the color and material consistency become uniform. No additional water dilution is required.
Layered Cross Coating Application
Apply the first coat evenly in one direction. After drying, apply the second coat crosswise to achieve complete coverage and required thickness.
Curing & Film Formation
Allow the coating to cure naturally after application. Protect the surface from rain, water, and impact until the waterproof film reaches full performance.
Water Testing & Final Inspection
Perform a 24–48 hour water test after curing for bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies. Confirm no leakage before completing the project.
