Standard Construction Process

Detail Reinforcement Treatment

Membrane Layout & Positioning
Pre-position the membrane according to the roof layout and mark control lines to ensure accurate alignment and proper overlap width.
Torch Application & Rolling
Heat the membrane underside and substrate with a torch until the asphalt layer melts, then roll forward while pressing firmly to remove trapped air.
Overlap Welding & Sealing
Heat and seal membrane overlaps to create strong welded joints. Ensure sufficient melted asphalt is squeezed out to prevent edge lifting and leakage.
Water Testing & Final Protection
Perform a 24–48 hour water test after installation. Apply protective layers such as concrete, mortar, or insulation where required.
