Standard Construction Process

Material Mixing Preparation
Mix the powder with clean water according to the recommended ratio. Stir for several minutes until a smooth slurry is achieved and use within the specified working time.
Detail Reinforcement Treatment
Apply additional coating layers to construction joints, cracks, pipe penetrations, and weak areas. Use dry powder filling for deeper cracks when required.
Layered Coating Application
Apply the first coat evenly by brush or trowel. After initial drying, apply the second coat in a cross direction to ensure complete coverage.
Moist Curing Treatment
Maintain moisture after application by regular water spraying. Proper curing allows the crystalline reaction to continue and improves waterproof performance.
Water Testing & Final Inspection
After curing, perform water testing to verify waterproof performance. The surface can then receive protective layers such as cement mortar or concrete.
