Standard Construction Process
Professional wet-applied installation methods ensure complete bonding, reliable sealing, and long-lasting waterproof protection for various construction structures.
Base Surface Preparation
Clean dust, loose materials, and sharp objects from the substrate. Repair cracks and uneven areas. Wet the surface with water while avoiding standing water.
Cement Slurry Preparation
Mix cement and water according to the recommended ratio until a uniform slurry is formed. Ensure proper consistency for membrane bonding.
Detail Reinforcement Treatment
Apply additional membrane layers at critical areas such as corners, pipe penetrations, construction joints, and drainage points using cement slurry bonding.
Slurry Application & Membrane Installation
Spread cement slurry evenly on the substrate, remove the release film, and place the membrane onto the slurry layer. Press with a scraper or roller to remove trapped air.
Overlap Joint Sealing
Clean overlap areas and firmly press the joints together. Ensure sufficient overlap width and complete bonding at all connections.
Water Testing & Protective Layer Installation
After curing, perform a 24–48 hour water test. Apply concrete, mortar, or protective layers according to project requirements.
